- Funky Munky Stable 32, LLC [Thoroughbred claiming partnership]: This partnership will claim a horse at the Aqueduct Winter Meet for between $20,000 to $35,000. A full unit cost is $2,000 [3.33%], 3/4 unit cost is $1,500 [2.5%], 1/2 unit cost is $1,000 [1.665%]. The initial payment covers the percentage of the partnership as well as 4-7 months of training expenses, depending on the price of the claim.
- Funky Munky Stable 34, LLC [thoroughbred 2 yr old partnership]: This partnership will acquire a two year old at the OCALA BREEDERS SALE in March 2012. He [or she] will be a New York Bred in the price range of $25,000 to $50,000, and race on the New York circuit [Aqueduct/Belmont/Saratoga]. A full unit is $2,500 [3.125%], 3/4 unit cost is $1,875 [2.343%], 1/2 unit cost is $1,250 [1.5625%]. The initial payment covers the percentage of the partnership as well as 5-10 months of training expenses depending on the cost of the 2 year old.
